In the event that FORSYTHE is acquired by or merged with another company (except as otherwise set forth in a written agreement that you may have with FORSYTHE), FORSYTHE may disclose, without your knowledge or consent, any and all information to the acquiring or merged company.

Security

FORSYTHE maintains electronic, physical, and procedural safeguards that are in compliance with federal regulations to protect any personally identifiable information about you. MVP requires a login ID and password as an added protection, and is a secure https (SSL) website that acts as an additional encryption/authentication layer. All information is saved in either server or database level. These are both integrated into a secure IT infrastructure, which is behind a secure firewall and requires server/database level login.

Third Party Websites

While browsing FORSYTHE websites, there may be links that navigate away from the FORSYTHE website to third party websites.

FORSYTHE takes no responsibility for the privacy practices of those third party websites. Any information you provide to third party websites is not covered by the FORSYTHE Privacy Policy and we encourage you to examine the privacy policy of any third party before submitting any information.

Your Personal Information

Forsythe Extranet Terms and Conditions

User shall not make any unauthorized disclosure of or use any information of any customers which User receives in the course of their use of this Site that is wholly owned by Forsythe Technology Inc., and/or its affiliates, subsidiaries, joint ventures which include but are not limited to Forsythe Solutions Group, Inc., Forsythe McArthur Associates, collectively referred to hereinafter as "Forsythe," other than to carry out the purposes for which such information is received, and User shall comply, to the extent applicable, with the requirements and regulations of Title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999, as well as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996.

User agrees that it will not disclose any information, including customers, pricing policies, methods of operation, proprietary computer programs, sales, products, profits, costs, markets, key personnel, formulae, product applications, technical processes, inventions, discoveries, ideas, concepts, improvements, know-how, and trade secrets, of Forsythe, Forsythe's customers/users which User has access in any way except for the purpose for which Forsythe provided it. User also agrees to comply with any information security measures to ensure that they will protect Forsythe's or Forsythe customer's information.

User shall promptly notify Forsythe's Information Security Officer by email at: info@forsythe.com if any breach of confidential information, or security policies or procedures has occurred.

i. No material from Forsythe or any Web site owned, operated, licensed or controlled by Forsythe may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way, except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your personal non­commercial use only provided you keep intact all proprietary notices. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of Forsythe's proprietary rights. For purposes of this Agreement, the use of any such material on any other Web site or networked computer environment is prohibited.

ii. While Forsythe uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the site, Forsythe makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. Forsythe assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of this Site.
